Once you’ve won the sale, Business Pilot has all the tools your operations need need for a smooth, successful project without any hiccups along the way. Our interactive schedule board integrates with the rest of the system. So, for example,  if a job has been booked in, but the not everything has been delivered for that particular job, it will flag on the job card, so you can chase up suppliers or easily reschedule the job well ahead of time.

The orders, job costs and finance areas link together seamlessly too, so if an invoice comes in that’s higher than expected, the system will let you know and you can check what’s happened before you pay it. These features have already saved our users thousands.

Setting the planned number of days required within the contract will ensure that the correct number of job cards are created for the project – and these can be moved around in bulk, or one at a time as required. You can lock in jobs once they’re confirmed with customers or leave things in the diary to move around later, if your schedule is prone to change.

Our Status Progression feature helps you to map out all of your business processes, from sales to operations to fitting and service calls.
